luotti

Luotti on runouden ja sirkustaiteen ristipölytyksestä festivaaliviikon aikana syntyvä uusi esitys, joka etsiytyy kehon, naiseuden, pölytyksen ja ääriviivojen pintaan sanallisen ja kehollisen taiteen keinoin. Luotti tarkoittaa kukkakasvin emissä sijaitsevaa tahmeaa kärkiosaa, johon siitepöly tarttuu.

Hiljaisuuden kasvihuone Kaukosen Työväentalon pihassa on kasvupaikka taiteelle ennen varsinaista tehtäväänsä. Rajattu pieni tila kehystää kahden naisartistin teosta.

luotti

Luotti is a new performance created from the cross-pollination of poetry and circus art during the festival week. It is an exploration of the contours of the body, femininity and pollination through spoken and bodily art. Luotti is the sticky tip of a flowering plant to which pollen sticks.

Silence Festival’s greenhouse, in the yard of Kaukonen Community House is a place for art to germinate before it starts to fulfill its actual mission. The limited space acts as a frame for the work of the two female artists.
